STUDENT'S MUST REGISTER FOR FORMED
All assignments will be given by the Catechist, including assignments on FORMED.  Each student or family must sign up for FORMED.  All completed assignments can be dropped off at the Religious Education Office any Monday or Tuesday evening.  Assignments should be in a sealed envelope and labeled "Religious Ed Office"  Click the image below for information on how to register your student or family for FORMED.
